Beating Anger Derby is the Derby based clinic of the International Centre of Excellence for Anger Management. We are affiliated to the British Association of Anger Management (BAAM) which has been offering specific Anger Management Services to the UK for 12 years. In this time it has helped over 5000 people. We offer support, programmes and training for the general public, children and teenagers, government bodies, corporations, educational sector, personnel / H.R management, trainers, counsellors and anyone dealing with their own or another's anger.

Anger Management Training –

One to One or Group Work.

This is fixed cost, fixed timescale training which is highly effective. Our post course feedback shows that 95% of clients say the programme met or exceeded their expectations. The staying power is crucial. An average of 23 months after the course 92% of attendees still rate the course as good or excellent.

Bespoke Corporate Training –

Specialising in Aggression Prevention Training (APT) and specifically designed for the environment that your teams work in. We are experts in developing the skills needed to cope with anger directed at public facing staff by your customers. We specialise in call centre aggression although the materials we have developed will deliver the results you want in any environment.
