We have a detailed understanding of how the muscles within the human body interact with each other and the skeletal structure. Combining this knowledge and our experience of working with a broad range of musculoskeletal injuries, we provide our clients with a full range of injury support, education and advice.

experience

Our chief practitioner is Nina Flint. She is a highly skilled Advance Personal Fitness Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist (Level 3). She is educated to Degree Level (from Loughborough University) and has a diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage from Premier Training International; the UK's leader. She has represented England for 5 years in Karate (Kyokushinkai) and has traveled the world training and teaching. Nina has also worked very closely with Keith Warner at the Hull Sports Medicine Centre who currently sits on the British Olympic Association – Physiotherapy Committee.

Based on Derby City’s inner ring road we are ideally situated to serve the whole of the city and the surround towns and countryside. Although our treatment facility is located in Derby, all of our equipment is fully portable and can be transported to any location around the local area.
